Due to the nature of skincare and personal-use products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or delivered.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Wrong Address

GlowChill™ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. Please double-check your information before submitting.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be processing.
